CABIN RENTALS
We offer 6 beautiful, rustic, furnished 1 Bedroom
Cabins with sleeping loft, that comfortably sleeps a
family of 4-6. Each unit is self-contained with
bathroom, towels, complete kitchen, dishes,
drink ware, full-size refrigerator, air
conditioning/heat, porch, picnic area and much
more...
Lake in the Forest Resort /Cabin Contents
Every cabin has an Information Book on table with
rules, checkout procedures, bear information and dos
and don’ts , things to do, ATV maps, hiking trails,
restaurants, riding information, phone numbers, etc.
Sleeping Accommodations
-Bedroom: 2 pillows with pillowcases, set of sheets,
comforter (Either full or queen depending on bed)
-Futon in Living Room: 2 pillows with pillowcases,
set of sheets, comforter
-Loft Area upstairs: carpeted area/bring your own
sleeping bags (Some cabins may have mattress
upstairs but not guaranteed)
Bathroom
Starter toilet paper and garbage bag (bring more), 4
bath towels, 2 hand towels, 4 wash clothes, No
bathroom soap provided, 1 shower mat (You should
bring pool towels for the pool)
Kitchen/Living Area
-1 futon, 1 electric fireplace (except 24 and 23), 1
regular size refrigerator (24 has college size),
microwave, coffee pot (no coffee provided), toaster,
skinny over with 4 burners on top (24: no oven),
basic pots and pans/basic silverware and dishes for

cooking and serving utensils, bowls which also come
with lids for food storage, TV with Dish television
satellite, Weber charcoal grill outside but no grill
tools, table which folds out of wall or independent
table, A/C and heat, Ceiling fan in LR (23 has one
in bedroom also), We DON'T carry foil, paper towels,
saran wrap, coffee, coffee filters.
Outside
All cabins have screened porch except 24 (24 has
open porch), Each cabin has a picnic table, brick
fire ring and charcoal grill, Parking for 1 car
(Please make arrangements with office for additional
cars), 23 has open back porch and outdoor eating
table and chairs.
Laundry
It is your responsibility to do your own laundry
while you are here. We do not change out bedding or
towels, but there are washing machines in the Rec
Hall ($1.50 per machine).
Fully Furnished 1
Bedroom:
Nightly: $99 per night (2
night min., 3 night for holidays) 1 week - $500
These rates are for 2 adults, 2 children. Additional
fee is $5 for extra children up to 17 & $10 for
extra adults. Dog fee is $25 per animal per stay. A
maximum of 6 persons per cabin (4 adults). $10
surcharge per day for running AC & leaving
doors/windows open! Extended check-out can be
arranged in advance for fee.
Cabin for 2 -$89per
night/all details under cabin applies.
*Extra charge
for: Kids under 12 -
$3/night; 12-17 yrs. - $5/night; extra adults -
$10/night (Max. Occupancy is 6 persons/4 adults);
Dog fee: $25 per dog per stay (2 Max.). Liability
Form must be signed. $10 Surcharge per day for
running A/C and leaving doors & windows open.
Limited to 1 family per cabin. Extended Check
Out/$25 after 11am and Regular Rate after 4pm
(please prearrange)
Lake House:
(3 bedroom/2 bath)- includes 4 adults/2 children –
Sleeps up to 8.(max. 6 adults) $150 per night
(minimum 2 nights). Extra adults $10/extra children
$5. Weekly rate of $600. Monthly Snobird Rate
available via Office.
Off-Site Homes:
Relocation Homes and Snobird Homes. $100 per night/2
night minimun. Same limitations as Cabins. Monthly
Snowbird or Relocation Rates available via Office.
SURCHARGE
FOR SPECIAL HOLIDAYS & EVENT WEEKS
No discounts or week rates available during special
events & holidays.
We have pontoon, boat and canoe rentals and daily
dock fee.
All Guests of Registered Guests need to register and
pay $5pp GUEST FEE.
ALL GUESTS are Subject to rules and regulations of
Lake in the Forest Resort
